- It has a broken seal at the time of delivery.
We do not accept returns if:
- The product has been opened or used after delivery.
- The return request is made after 24 hours of delivery.
- There is no proof of damage or broken seal.
- The customer changes their mind after purchase.
How to Initiate a Return?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps:
- Capture Evidence – Take clear photos and videos showing the damage or broken seal as soon as you receive the product.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
